Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Once an order has been placed through the website or mobile app, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 10 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution. Any issue reported outside of the specified time frame may result in store credit.

Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.

Please Note: Leilani Organics Hair Co is unable to honor any edit/cancellation requests through any customer support channels.
